Rope colours, binding colours, hardware finish, lead length, collar size, all chosen by you, all made to order. Nothing leaves the studio unless it meets my standard. Making takes 2 to 6 working days and ends at dispatch. UK tracked post is one to two working days after that, and it is free over £55.
If you already know it is a collar you want, start with the personalised dog collars. If it is a lead, the personalised dog leads. And if you are buying for someone else and would rather not guess their colours, a Green Dog gift card lets them spec it themselves.
Send me the measurement and I will build to it, and the Perfect Fit Guarantee is there for when that goes wrong. If it does not sit right when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it, and I will not charge you for the making. Where I got the size wrong I pay the postage both ways. Where the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. What I cannot do is take a piece back simply because you changed your mind, because anything made to your own specification sits outside the 14-day cancellation right. Is every Green Dog product made to order?
Yes. Nothing leaves my studio that was not built for a specific dog. There is no warehouse, no pre-made stock, and no factory production run waiting to clear.
How long does a custom order take?
2 to 6 working days from order to dispatch. The variation is mostly material-dependent, paracord is faster, hand-bound Greenwich Yarn and woven cotton are slower.
What if my custom collar does not fit?
The Perfect Fit Guarantee covers it. If the collar does not fit correctly when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it, and I do not charge for that work. If I got the size wrong I cover the postage both ways; if the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. This is also why measurements are checked carefully before production.
