Shipping & Global Delivery
Every Green Dog piece is handmade to order in Oxford and shipped worldwide. We use tracked services as standard — so you always know where your order is.
- UK tracked delivery on all orders · free over £55
- EU, USA, Canada, Australia and worldwide shipping available
- 2–6 working day lead time before dispatch on custom orders
- You receive a tracking notification the moment your order ships
Returns & Exchanges
Two different situations, and the law treats them differently. A standard piece is a size from a range I already make, so you get the full change-of-mind right — 30 days here, where the law asks for 14. A made-to-measure piece is cut to the size you give me, so that right doesn't apply. Either way, message me if the fit is wrong — and read the measuring guide before you order, so it isn't.
- 30-day returns on standard (non-custom) pieces, unused and in original condition
- Made-to-measure orders sit outside the 14-day change-of-mind right — I cut them to the size you give me. If the size is wrong, message me: size exchanges and amendments are available
- Hardware failure within twelve months: I repair or replace it free and cover return postage
- After twelve months: hardware replacement at cost plus postage, any time
- Faulty or misdescribed goods: repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and I cover the return postage — your legal right, in addition to the above
Terms of Service
These terms govern the responsible use of greendog.pet. They cover intellectual property, payment terms, order acceptance and the legal framework within which we operate.
- All designs, branding and photography on this site are the intellectual property of Green Dog
- Payment is taken at the time of order — not on dispatch
- Green Dog reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances
- These terms are governed by English law and subject to UK jurisdiction
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy genuinely matters. We are fully GDPR compliant and collect only the data needed to process your order. We never sell your data to anyone, ever.
- Data collected: name, email, shipping address and order details only
- Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing
- Newsletter opt-in is explicit — you will never be added without consent
- You have the right to access, correct or delete your data at any time

Under UK GDPR you have specific rights over your personal data. Green Dog is fully compliant. If you want to exercise any of these rights, email hello@greendog.pet and I will respond within 72 hours.
