What We Collect

Order details: name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email and phone number.
Account information: login credentials and order history if you create an account.
Customisation details: the options you choose and anything you ask to be hand-stamped, plus any measurements you give me for your dog.
Customer support: any information you provide via email or the chat window.
Device data: IP address, browser type and site interaction data via cookies.

How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfil your order and send tracking notifications.
To complete the customs declaration required to send your order abroad.
To communicate with you about your order or queries.
To send marketing emails only if you have explicitly opted in.
To improve the website via anonymised analytics.

Who We Share Data With

I never sell your data. I share it only with the services required to run the business:

Shopify: the e-commerce platform this shop runs on, including payments.
Royal Mail: to deliver your order and provide tracking.
Klaviyo: email marketing and order notifications.
Judge.me: product reviews and review invitations.
Globo Product Options: the configurator that records the choices you make on customisable pieces.
Love Loyalty: the points and rewards programme, if you take part.
Shopify Inbox: the chat window, if you message me through it.
Instafeed: displays the Instagram feed on the site.
Google Analytics and Google & YouTube: anonymised site traffic analysis and product listings.
Meta Pixels: to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can opt out at youradchoices.com.

Sending Your Order Abroad

If you order from outside the United Kingdom, your name, address and a description and value of the contents are declared to customs in your country. That is a legal requirement of exporting goods and I cannot send your order without it.
