Slip lead Sizing note:
• An additional 30cm is added for the loop of the slip or figure of 8 dog lead
• Example: a 120cm lead measures 150cm in total length

Care instructions:

• Place the lead inside a sock or pillowcase to protect the hardware
• Machine wash at 30°C
• Air dry naturally
• Avoid prolonged contact with abrasive surfaces

Some colours may soften slightly over time due to dye concentration. This is normal and does not affect performance or strength.

• Avoid sudden or forceful corrections

Q: Is a 6mm rope dog lead strong enough?

A: Yes. It’s designed to be lightweight while still reliable for everyday walking. If your dog is very strong or regularly lunges, you may prefer a thicker rope option for extra weight and grip.

Q: What’s the difference between clip, slip, and figure of 8?

A: Clip attaches to a collar or harness. Slip forms a single loop for quick on/off and training-style handling. Figure of 8 adds a second loop for extra stability on narrow-headed dogs.

Q: What length should I choose?

A: Shorter is best for close control and training moments. Longer is better for relaxed walks. If you’re unsure, choose your usual walking lead length.

Q: Is this suitable for small dogs?

A: Yes, that’s exactly what the 6mm version is built for, lighter in-hand and proportionate on smaller breeds.
