Every piece is made to your dog's exact measurements. Use the Measuring Guide to get it right first time.

If the size isn't right, message me — size exchanges and amendments are available.

Hardware & construction+

Every snap, D-ring and slider is load-tested by its manufacturer. Brass develops a patina over time — a feature, not a fault.

Send it back to me. If the hardware fails in the first twelve months I'll repair or replace it free. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.

Returns & exchanges+

Made to your measurements. Because I cut this to the size you give me, it isn't covered by the usual 14-day change-of-mind right — I can't resell it, so I can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind. If the size isn't right, message me: size exchanges and amendments are available. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's on me — I'll repair, replace or refund it and cover the postage. The full position is on my returns and guarantee page.

Waterproof BioThane® Dog Collar | The Fixie | Customisable

The Fixie is Green Dog's waterproof BioThane® dog collar, made to order at the Oxford studio. Tough, flexible, wipe-clean, and available in a wide range of colours with your choice of hardware finish.

BioThane® BETA webbing is fully waterproof and odour-resistant, it doesn't absorb water or hold smell after a muddy swim or wet walk. The collar looks clean the next morning with nothing more than a wipe.

Choose single-tone or two-tone colour, and your hardware finish. Pairs with the BioThane® Lead and the BioThane® Traffic Lead.
