Your choices

What “personalised” means here

Six things are yours to choose on every piece. It is made to that specification, by hand, and nothing is cut until the order is in.

Rope or cord colour

The full colour range for your rope, paracord or BioThane, which is the main body of your piece.

Binding colour

The whipping at the handle and loop ends. Match the rope, or contrast it, as you prefer.

Hardware finish

Solid brass, nickel, black or gun-metal, with gold available on buckles and end caps. Each has different aesthetics and durability properties.

Length (leads)

Standard lengths or a custom length. Most common choices are 100cm, 120cm and 150cm.

Collar size

Fitted to your dog's exact neck measurement. Use the measuring guide, or email me if you're unsure.

Stopper & end cap colour

On slip leads and certain collars, the rubber stopper and end cap can be colour-matched or contrasted.

Personalising means colours, materials, hardware and size. It does not mean names, engraving or embroidery. I don't put text of any kind on any piece.

If you're unsure about a combination, email hello@greendog.pet with the colours you're considering. I'll photograph them together and send you a photo before you commit.

Every collar and lead is made by hand in Britain: hand-worked leather, solid brass and nickel hardware, BioThane that shrugs off water, mud and salt. Not every material suits every dog. But everything is chosen deliberately, built to last, and answered for by the person who replies to your emails.

When you buy here, you are not funding a supply chain you cannot see. Not a supply chain. A standard.

Wrong size? Tell me.

If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. Twelve-month hardware guarantee, and repairs at cost after that.
