How I work
- Hardware is guaranteed for twelve months. If a buckle, clip or ring fails in that time, send it back and I’ll repair or replace it, and I cover the postage.
- After that, send it back anyway, however old it is. I’ll replace the worn parts at cost and tell you what it needs before I touch it. It comes back cleaned, checked and boxed.
- If it isn’t adjustable, I check your measurements with you before I make it.
- Message the shop and it’s me, Ed, who replies. Usually within a few hours.
- Custom pieces aren’t refundable for a change of mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours.

Made to your measurements. Because I cut this to the size you give me, it isn't covered by the usual 14-day change-of-mind right: I can't resell it, so I can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. If anything arrives faulty, damaged, mis-made or not as described, that's on me: repair, replacement or refund, and I cover the postage both ways. Either way, message me. Paracord Dog Collar with BioThane® Strap | Handmade in Britain
A paracord dog collar, woven by hand at my bench in Britain. The body is paracord over a BioThane® adjustable strap, so you get the texture and colour of a woven collar with a strap that wipes clean after a muddy walk and does not hold smells.
It is made to one exact neck measurement rather than a size range, and the BioThane strap gives you the fine adjustment from there. Nothing is woven until you order.
Three weaves, and they are genuinely different widths
- Fishtail, 2 row, 18mm wide
- Classic Trilobite, 3 row, 28mm wide
- Trilobite, 4 row, 36mm wide, which suits sighthounds or anyone who wants a broader collar
What you choose
- Weave design
- First cord colour, and a second if you want a contrast, from thirty-three
- BioThane® strap colour, from sixteen
- Buckle finish, plated over steel: gold, nickel, black or gun-metal
- D-ring finish: solid brass or solid nickel, or black or gun-metal plated over steel
- Rivet finish, chosen to sit with the rest of your hardware
- Your dog's neck measurement
Finished with the signature bone tassel, worked into the whipping. It can stay on the collar or move onto a keyring, and you can add more than one if you want.

This is a thing of beauty! I chose orange and turquoise (one of my favourite colour combinations) on a fishtail weave. I wanted a narrower collar for the house, and it looks stunning on my red brindle greyhound. Beautiful workmanship and highly recommended.
