Personalised Paracord Dog Collar with BioThane® Adjustable Strap | Custom Dog Collar

This collar is fully customisable so you can design something that suits your dog, not the other way around.

You can choose:

• Weave style: fishtail (slimmer), 3-row, 4-row (wider, ideal for larger dogs or sighthounds), Cobra weave
  
• One or two cord colours
  
• BioThane® adapter colour (19mm width)
  
• Buckle, rivet, and D-ring finish
  
• Collar size in inches for an accurate fit
  

Each collar includes a signature Green Dog bone tassel. Additional tassels can be added if you’re ordering gifts or matching accessories.

Handcrafted in my Oxfordshire studio using premium cord and genuine BioThane® BETA webbing.

The collar body is woven from high-quality paracord with a 32-strand outer sheath and 7-core internal structure, offering excellent strength, flexibility, and comfort. The weave is dense and secure, designed to hold its shape while remaining comfortable for everyday wear.

The adjustable strap is made from 19mm BioThane® BETA. It is waterproof, odour-proof, colourfast, and non-stretch, making it ideal for active dogs and all-weather use.

Hardware includes solid metal buckles and D-rings in your chosen finish (Brass, Nickel, Gun-Metal or Black), selected for durability and long-term reliability. All components are assembled and checked by hand before dispatch.

Each collar is made to order using the size you provide.

Measure your dog’s neck snugly using a soft tape measure and follow the Green Dog Measuring Guide before ordering. If your dog falls between sizes, or has a longer or slimmer neck (common with hounds), choose the closest fit or get in touch for advice.

If your dog needs a completely custom size, I’m happy to make it. Just leave a note at checkout or contact me before ordering.

Please allow for a tolerance of up to ½ inch due to the handmade nature of each collar.

Designed for real life, muddy walks, and daily wear.

• Waterproof and weather-resistant
• Easy to clean with warm water and mild soap
• Air dry naturally, away from direct heat
• Avoid prolonged contact with sharp edges or abrasive surfaces
• You can pop the collar in a sock or pillow case and machine wash under 30 degrees C

The cord may soften slightly over time with use, which improves comfort without compromising strength. Colour may fade very gradually with heavy UV exposure, particularly lighter shades.

Every collar is checked for fit, finish, and quality before it leaves the studio, with final approval from Boris the Blade (head of quality control).

This collar is designed for everyday walking and general use.

Always supervise your dog while wearing any collar and remove it during unsupervised play, rest, or crate time. Ensure the collar is correctly fitted and not worn too loose or too tight.

While all materials are selected for durability, excessive pulling or chewing may reduce lifespan. This collar is not intended as a training or corrective device.
