How I work
- Hardware is guaranteed for twelve months. If a buckle, clip or ring fails in that time, send it back and I’ll repair or replace it, and I cover the postage.
- After that, send it back anyway, however old it is. I’ll replace the worn parts at cost and tell you what it needs before I touch it. It comes back cleaned, checked and boxed.
- If it isn’t adjustable, I check your measurements with you before I make it.
- Message the shop and it’s me, Ed, who replies. Usually within a few hours.
- Custom pieces aren’t refundable for a change of mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours.

Made to your measurements. Because I cut this to the size you give me, it isn't covered by the usual 14-day change-of-mind right: I can't resell it, so I can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. If anything arrives faulty, damaged, mis-made or not as described, that's on me: repair, replacement or refund, and I cover the postage both ways. Either way, message me. The Greenwich Yarn Keyring is made by hand in Britain and finished with the same Greenwich Yarn whipping used on the collars and leads: a primary nano cord whipped over the rope, then an accent colour worked over the top. Built for daily carry, tough enough for real life, considered enough to notice.
Choose your rope colour and binding colours. Made to order, and nothing sits in stock. Ideal for keys, bags, and as a gift that does not look like an afterthought.
Match it to the collar. Order it in the same rope and binding colours as your dog's Greenwich Yarn collar and the two read as a set. It is the smallest thing I make and the one people notice most, so it works as a gift on its own or alongside a collar for someone who already has one.

Made in Britain, and I will tell you exactly what that means. Every customisable Greenwich Yarn piece is cut, whipped and finished by hand in my workshop in Oxford. Custom work is not outsourced and will not be. Nothing is made in a batch and left on a shelf, so your keyring is started after you order it. I would rather be specific than sweeping.
Twelve-month hardware guarantee. If a fitting fails inside a year I repair or replace it and cover the postage. Later on it can be cleaned or re-whipped in new colours through the Workshop Service. I made it, so I can remake it.
