Every Green Dog item is crafted with care in my Oxford studio. My goal is for you and your dog to be completely satisfied. This policy exceeds the UK legal minimum.

For custom & single-size collars

Customised products and single-size collars are handmade specifically for your dog and are non-refundable. But if your piece doesn't fit, get in touch and I'll work with you until it does — no quibbles, no extra charge.

Standard & Preset Items

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a full refund. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Once we've received and inspected the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Hardware Guarantee

Within 2 months of purchase — full cover, no questions asked
If any hardware fails, I cover all costs — return shipping, replacement, everything.

After 2 months — for life — replacement at cost price
Hardware replacements available at cost price plus shipping, forever. Green Dog kit is built to last.

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@greendog.pet before sending anything back — I'll confirm your return and provide any instructions.
2. Ship to: Green Dog, 70 Wolsey Road, Oxford, OX2 7TA, United Kingdom. Please use a tracked service.
3. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or there's a mistake in the build, contact me immediately at hello@greendog.pet. I will sort it at no cost to you — full stop.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Dog treats
• Sale items
• Gift cards
