Made to Measure

Collars cut to one exact neck measurement rather than a range. No buckle holes, no slider. I check the measurement with you before I make it.

An adjustable collar is made to cover a span, and the slider takes up whatever is left over. A made to measure collar has no span to cover. It is cut to the one measurement you give me and finished there. If your dog's neck is a number that size charts keep rounding, this is the way round it.

Sizes run in one centimetre steps. Paracord and the Fixie BioThane collar from 25cm to 60cm. Greenwich Yarn rope from 30cm, up to 60cm on the fully customisable collar and 55cm on the preset editions. The Greenwich Yarn Mini runs 18cm to 33cm for the smallest necks.

Send me the measurement before you order. If you are not completely sure what size you need, send me a photo of a collar that already fits your dog, laid flat with a tape measure alongside it. I will read it off myself and tell you what I think before you order anything. It has saved a lot of people a remake. Either way it is me at the other end, not a helpdesk.

If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. The work is mine either way.

Making takes 2 to 6 working days and ends at dispatch. UK tracked post is one to two working days after that, and it is free over £55. Because a made to measure collar is cut to your own number it sits outside the 14-day cancellation right, which is the reason I would rather check that number with you first than after.
