How I work
- Hardware is guaranteed for twelve months. If a buckle, clip or ring fails in that time, send it back and I’ll repair or replace it, and I cover the postage.
- After that, send it back anyway, however old it is. I’ll replace the worn parts at cost and tell you what it needs before I touch it. It comes back cleaned, checked and boxed.
- If it isn’t adjustable, I check your measurements with you before I make it.
- Message the shop and it’s me, Ed, who replies. Usually within a few hours.
- Custom pieces aren’t refundable for a change of mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours.

Made to your measurements. Because I cut this to the size you give me, it isn't covered by the usual 14-day change-of-mind right: I can't resell it, so I can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. If anything arrives faulty, damaged, mis-made or not as described, that's on me: repair, replacement or refund, and I cover the postage both ways. Either way, message me. If your dog swims, rolls in things, or generally treats the countryside as a full-contact sport, this is the collar you have been looking for.
BioThane® is a coated webbing used in equestrian and marine applications because it handles what other materials cannot. It is fully waterproof, not water-resistant. It does not absorb mud, salt water, or smell. It does not crack or lose its shape after a season of hard use. It wipes clean with a damp cloth and dries in minutes.
Every collar is made to order in Britain, built to the neck measurement you give me, fitted with the buckle and D-ring you choose, and finished by hand. The six size ranges are a guide; put the measurement in the box on this page and that is what I work to. No two are identical because no two dogs are.
19mm wide throughout, in a range of adjustable sizes to suit small breeds through to large dogs.

- Collar keeper colour, the loop that holds the loose end of the strap flat, from sixteen

We choose this collar in bright orange and lilac and it looks fab on! It’s perfect for dogs that like to get wet as it’s easily rinsed and as good as new.
