How I work
- Hardware is guaranteed for twelve months. If a buckle, clip or ring fails in that time, send it back and I’ll repair or replace it, and I cover the postage.
- After that, send it back anyway, however old it is. I’ll replace the worn parts at cost and tell you what it needs before I touch it. It comes back cleaned, checked and boxed.
- If it isn’t adjustable, I check your measurements with you before I make it.
- Message the shop and it’s me, Ed, who replies. Usually within a few hours.
- Custom pieces aren’t refundable for a change of mind, but size exchanges and amendments are available. If I got it wrong, faulty or not as described, I cover the postage both ways; if the measurement turns out not to suit your dog, it’s yours.

Returns & exchanges+
Made to your measurements. Because I cut this to the size you give me, it isn't covered by the usual 14-day change-of-mind right — I can't resell it, so I can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind. If the size isn't right, message me: size exchanges and amendments are available. If I got it wrong — faulty, damaged, mis-made or not what you asked for — I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, I'll still sort it with an exchange or an amendment, and the postage each way is yours. Either way, message me — I'd far rather talk it through than have you post anything. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's on me — repair, replacement or refund, and I cover the postage. The full position is on my returns and guarantee page.

BioThane® Dog Collar | Waterproof & Customisable
If your dog swims, rolls in things, or generally treats the countryside as a full-contact sport, this is the collar you have been looking for.
BioThane® is a coated webbing used in equestrian and marine applications because it handles what other materials cannot. It is fully waterproof, not water-resistant. It does not absorb mud, salt water, or smell. It does not crack, fade, or lose its shape after a season of hard use. It wipes clean with a damp cloth and dries in minutes.
Every collar is handmade to order at the Oxford studio, cut to your dog's exact neck measurement, fitted with the buckle and D-ring you choose, and finished by hand. No two are identical because no two dogs are.
Customise the colour, size and hardware finish. 19mm wide throughout, in a range of adjustable sizes to suit small breeds through to large dogs.
