If you want the collar to match, it is specified the same way, colour by colour and fitting by fitting, and made after you order rather than picked off a shelf. Start with the collars you design yourself and choose the lead to sit with it.
That is what the Perfect Fit Guarantee is for. Tell me what is wrong and I will re-cut or rebuild it, at no charge for the work itself. I pay the postage both ways when the error is mine; when the length or setup simply did not suit you, the postage is yours. Because the lead is built to your spec, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to it, so if you are torn between two lengths email me first, and the returns page sets out the rest.

What does "personalised" mean for a Green Dog lead?
Personalised means you choose the material, colour, length, clip configuration and hardware finish before I make the lead to order. I do not engrave names or add text, the personal element is in the build and the materials.
Which dog lead types can I personalise?

How long can a personalised dog lead be?
Rope leads and hybrid rope leads are both 130cm, and hands-free leads are adjustable. Custom lengths are available on request, contact me before ordering if you need something specific.
Can I have my dog's name on a lead?
No. I do not offer engraving, embroidery or any text personalisation. Every lead is personalised by material, colour and build, not by added text.
Where are personalised dog leads made?
In Britain, built by hand to one standard after you order. Making takes 2 to 6 working days and ends at dispatch, with UK tracked post one to two working days after that.
