How I work

Hardware is guaranteed for twelve months. If a buckle, clip or ring fails in that time, send it back and I’ll repair or replace it, and I cover the postage.
After that, send it back anyway, however old it is. I’ll replace the worn parts at cost and tell you what it needs before I touch it. It comes back cleaned, checked and boxed.
If it isn’t adjustable, I check your measurements with you before I make it.
Message the shop and it’s me, Ed, who replies. Usually within a few hours.
Custom pieces aren’t refundable for a change of mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours.

Because I cut this to the size you give me, it isn't covered by the usual 14-day change-of-mind right: I can't resell it, so I can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. If anything arrives faulty, damaged, mis-made or not as described, that's on me: repair, replacement or refund, and I cover the postage both ways. Either way, message me. BioThane® Dog Lead | Waterproof & Wipe-Clean | Customisable

Built for real weather, real terrain and real dogs. This BioThane® lead is the one you reach for when you know the walk is going to be a muddy one.

BioThane® is not just water-resistant, it is waterproof. It does not absorb mud, salt water, or smell. After a river crossing or a roll in something you would rather not name, it wipes clean with a damp cloth and is ready for the next walk in minutes. No machine washing. No drying time.

Each lead is made to order in Britain. Cut to your specified length, finished with the snap hook you choose, and checked before dispatch. Hardware is load-tested by its manufacturer, the same standard applied to every Green Dog piece regardless of price.

Customise the main and accent colour, the length and the hardware. The snap hook comes in brass, chrome, black or gun-metal. The O-ring and rivets come in brass, nickel, black or gun-metal.

Excellent quality!

Really love the quality and versatility of these leads. With a Labrador needing several walks a day …these are perfect, so it doesn’t matter how wet it’s been, collars and leads are perfect. Great range of colours!

High quality, stylish and need mini version

Love the concept of this company. Really great high quality, beautiful, unique and the most important - practical- items.
But the hardware is just way too big for my dog. It would be amazing to add option for reduced size hardware and even width and weight of leashes.

I’m sorry to hear the hardware felt too big for your dog. Everything I make is built to order and smaller hardware, lighter buckles, narrower BioThane and thinner rope are all things I can adjust if someone reaches out beforehand.
