Every Green Dog piece is handmade to order in my Oxford studio. I aim to get your order from my workbench to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
Crafting & Dispatch
Please allow 2–6 working days for your piece to be crafted before dispatch. Certain preset and batch-made pieces (Sheep Shed, Cotton Mill) may dispatch sooner — typically 1–2 working days.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

All orders to the USA are shipped via FedEx Priority — 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Duties & taxes: Green Dog ships to the USA on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis. US import duty of 10% on the declared value of goods is assessed by US Customs and collected by FedEx on delivery. This charge is separate from your shipping cost and is the responsibility of the recipient. FedEx will contact you directly with payment instructions before or at the point of delivery.
Canada
All orders to Canada are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked — delivered by Canada Post, typically 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Duties & taxes: Green Dog ships to Canada on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis. Canadian GST (5%) or HST (up to 15% depending on province) on the declared value of goods, plus a Canada Post handling fee of approximately CA$10, will be collected by Canada Post on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Europe (EU)

Duties & taxes: We use the IOSS system where possible to collect VAT at checkout, reducing surprises on delivery. A small customs handling fee (typically €3) may still apply on some orders.
