Sizing & Fitting

Materials & Construction
Every material is chosen for durability, comfort and appearance. All hardware is load-tested by the suppliers I buy it from. Each piece is finished by hand in my Oxford studio.
Delivery & Making Time
Made to order pieces: please allow 2–6 working days before dispatch. Batch-made collection pieces: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Care & Durability
Spot clean with mild soap and cool water. Air dry naturally away from direct heat. Brass fittings develop a natural patina over time — polish occasionally if you prefer them bright. Nickel, black and gun-metal finishes need nothing but a wipe — don't polish them, as the finish is plated.

Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — unused and in original condition.
If the hardware fails within twelve months I repair or replace it free. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.

The Cotswold Heritage Leather Sighthound Collar is made by hand at Green Dog's Oxford studio from premium natural leather, veg-tanned and naturally finished, sourced for quality. Designed with the wider profile required for sighthound anatomy: whippets, lurchers, Italian greyhounds, and greyhounds.
The leather will develop a patina with daily wear, softening and deepening in colour over time. Solid brass or nickel-plated hardware, your choice of buckle, D-ring and rivets. The brass is solid throughout; the nickel finish is plated over steel on the buckle, D-ring and rivets. All load-tested by their manufacturers.
Available in black and chestnut brown, in sizes to fit Italian Greyhound, Dachshund, Whippet, Lurcher, and Greyhound neck profiles.
