Sizing & Fitting
Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape using the two-finger method. The tape should lie flat with two fingers sliding comfortably underneath. Not sure? Visit the full Measuring Guide or message me before ordering.
Total length: 214cm, or 7ft.
Adjustable length: The lead is designed to be worn at the waist or across the body and adjusted to your preferred active length. For running or hiking, shorten the active section to keep the dog close. For a loose lead walk, extend it.
Materials & Construction
Leather: Natural leather, veg-tanned and naturally finished. The same source as the Classic Collar and Lead. Italian, French and British cowhide, chosen for each piece rather than a single origin claim. Develops a patina with wear.
Hardware: Trigger snap, D-rings, and adjustment hardware in your choice of fittings. Load-tested by the manufacturer that makes them. Covered by Green Dog's twelve-month hardware guarantee.

Care & Durability
Spot clean with mild soap and cool water. Air dry naturally away from direct heat. Solid brass and solid nickel develop a natural patina, and polish occasionally if you prefer them bright. Plated and zinc die cast finishes need nothing but a wipe, and must never be polished, because that takes the finish off.
Returns & Exchanges
Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, unused and in original condition. I refund what you paid for the piece and the standard delivery I charged; sending it back is at your cost.
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's on me: I'll repair, replace or refund it, and I cover the postage both ways.
If something isn't right, message me. I'd far rather talk it through than have you post anything.
If the hardware fails within twelve months I repair or replace it, with parts and return postage covered. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.
