Sizing & Fitting
Measure your dog's neck with a soft tape using the two-finger method — tape should lie flat with two fingers sliding comfortably underneath. Not sure? Visit the full Measuring Guide or message me before ordering.
Materials & Construction
Every material is chosen for durability, comfort and appearance. All hardware is load-tested by the suppliers I buy it from. Each piece is finished by hand in my Oxford studio.
Delivery & Making Time
Made to order pieces: please allow 2–6 working days before dispatch. Batch-made collection pieces: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Care & Durability
Spot clean with mild soap and cool water. Air dry naturally away from direct heat. Brass fittings develop a natural patina over time — polish occasionally if you prefer them bright. Nickel, black and gun-metal finishes need nothing but a wipe — don't polish them, as the finish is plated.
Returns & Exchanges
Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — unused and in original condition.
If the hardware fails within twelve months I repair or replace it free. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.

This is the preset Greenwich Yarn rope dog lead, made for owners who want the finished look without customising every detail. 10mm rope finished with the Greenwich Yarn whipping, a primary nano cord whipped over the rope with an accent colour worked over the top, and solid brass hardware throughout. An 11mm Green Dog brass disc, hand-stamped by me, sits on the O-ring at the handle.
Choose your length and your edition. It's made to order at Green Dog's Oxford studio and arrives looking exactly as it should, considered, balanced in the hand, and built for daily use.
