This Greenwich Yarn hands-free dog lead was created in collaboration with Life Like Charlie, inspired by his rescued Podenco Monkey, and made in support of Hope for Podencos.

The Monkey Blue Greenwich Yarn Edition applies Green Dog’s proven hands-free rope lead system to the refined Greenwich Yarn finish. Designed for hands-free walking, training, and everyday use, it offers the same trusted function as my core hands-free rope leads, elevated with more detailed binding and premium materials.

Each lead is handmade to order in my Oxfordshire studio, combining durable rope, a smooth BioThane® adjustment system, and high-quality hardware for comfort, control, and long-term reliability.

Materials & Construction

• Greenwich Yarn performance rope in Monkey Blue
• 19mm BioThane® adjustable slider with embedded O-ring
• Nickel swivel clasp and O-ring
• Nano binding detail in charcoal grey with airforce gold accent
• Designed to function as a hands-free lead or adjustable standard lead
• Handmade to order in Oxfordshire

The BioThane® slider allows the lead to be worn around the waist, across the body, or adjusted to a fixed walking length, consistent with all Green Dog hands-free rope leads.

Sizing & Fit

• Available lengths: 7ft or 14ft
• Adjustable using the BioThane® slider and embedded O-ring
• Can be worn hands-free around the waist or across the body
• Also functions as an adjustable handheld rope lead
