Sizing & Fitting

Materials & Construction
Every material is chosen for durability, comfort and appearance. All hardware is load-tested by the suppliers I buy it from. Each piece is finished by hand in my Oxford studio.
Delivery & Making Time
Made to order pieces: please allow 2–6 working days before dispatch. Batch-made collection pieces: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
UK delivery 1–3 working days via tracked service. International shipping available.
Care & Durability
Spot clean with mild soap and cool water. Air dry naturally away from direct heat. Brass fittings develop a natural patina over time — polish occasionally if you prefer them bright. Nickel, black and gun-metal finishes need nothing but a wipe — don't polish them, as the finish is plated.
Returns & Exchanges
Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — unused and in original condition.
If the hardware fails within twelve months I repair or replace it free. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.

The Chic Camo Edition is a preset luxury rope dog collar finished in Greenwich Yarn, my two-colour whipping: a primary nano cord whipped over the rope, then an accent colour worked over the top. Navy blue and neon orange nano binding on 10mm rope, a high-contrast combination that wears like a classic. Smart enough for town, tough enough for field.
Finished with a solid brass 42mm clasp and brass O-ring. Handmade at Green Dog's Oxford studio. Size-select only, no customisation needed, just pick your size and it's made fresh.
