Sizing & Fitting

Materials & Construction
Every material is chosen for durability, comfort and appearance. All hardware is load-tested by the suppliers I buy it from. Each piece is finished by hand in my Oxford studio.
Delivery & Making Time
Made to order pieces: please allow 2–6 working days before dispatch. Batch-made collection pieces: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
UK delivery 1–3 working days via tracked service. International shipping available.
Care & Durability
Spot clean with mild soap and cool water. Air dry naturally away from direct heat. Brass fittings develop a natural patina over time — polish occasionally if you prefer them bright. Nickel, black and gun-metal finishes need nothing but a wipe — don't polish them, as the finish is plated.
Returns & Exchanges
Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — unused and in original condition. I refund what you paid for the piece and the standard delivery I charged; sending it back is at your cost.
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's on me — I'll repair, replace or refund it, and I cover the postage both ways.
If the size or length isn't right, message me within 14 days — an exchange is usually simpler than a return. If I got it wrong, I cover the postage; if the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage each way is yours. Either way, message me — I'd far rather talk it through than have you post anything.
If the hardware fails within twelve months I repair or replace it free. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.

The Carbon Edition is a preset luxury rope dog collar finished in Greenwich Yarn, my two-colour whipping: a primary nano cord whipped over the rope, then an accent colour worked over the top. Charcoal grey rope with olive drab and maroon nano binding, the colourway that works with any coat colour and still looks considered up close.
Finished with a solid brass 42mm clasp and brass O-ring. Handmade at Green Dog's Oxford studio. Choose your size and it's made fresh to order.
