Every material is chosen for durability, comfort and appearance. All hardware is load-tested before dispatch. Each piece is finished by hand in my Oxford studio.

Care & Durability

Spot clean with mild soap and cool water. Air dry naturally away from direct heat. Solid brass hardware develops a natural patina over time — polish occasionally if you prefer it bright.

Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — unused and in original condition.

If hardware fails within 2 months I cover all costs. After that, replacement is at cost + shipping — regardless of when you bought it.
