Materials & Construction
All materials are chosen for durability, comfort and aesthetic quality. Hardware is load-tested by the fitting's manufacturer. Every piece is finished by hand, and the sizing is checked on the pyramid before it is packed.
Delivery & Making Time
Handmade to order in Britain. The making window is 2 to 6 working days, and it ends at dispatch. All UK orders ship tracked. Free UK mainland tracked shipping on orders over £55.
Returns & Exchanges
30 days to change your mind on standard pieces. These are sizes from a range I already make, so you have 30 days from delivery, where the law asks for 14. Send it back unused and I'll refund what you paid for it and the standard delivery I charged; sending it back is at your cost.
If it's the size that's wrong, message me within 14 days. An exchange is usually simpler. If I got it wrong I cover the postage both ways; if the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage each way is yours. Either way, message me first. I'd far rather talk it through than have you post anything.
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's on me: repair, replacement or refund, and I cover the postage. If the hardware fails within twelve months I repair or replace it and cover the postage. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.

With beautiful bright colours and a really well made design this is a gorgeous collar 😃
If you think it's a little pricey it's worth considering the environmental and sustainable qualities that Ed has factored in when making his products and with some money going to a great cause for the Podenco's, via A Life Like Charlie, what's not to like (what another amazing person, if you haven't seen the YouTube series you're missing a treat).
We were concerned about the length when we were ordering and after some great communications Ed came up trumps and the coller fits perfectly.

On the fit: these collars are cut to each dog’s neck size, but if you ever need a little more length through the buckle, I can always adjust or remake the strap to give you a neater tuck. Because everything’s made here in my studio, small tweaks like that are no trouble at all — just message me beforehand and I’ll sort it. Or send it back and I can extend the strap so you get a better fit. Email me hello@greendog.pet if you want to arrange this.
