Returns & Exchanges
30 days to change your mind on standard pieces. These are sizes from a range I already make, so you have 30 days from delivery, where the law asks for 14. Send it back unused and I'll refund what you paid for it and the standard delivery I charged; sending it back is at your cost.
If it's the size that's wrong, message me within 14 days. An exchange is usually simpler. If I got it wrong I cover the postage both ways; if the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage each way is yours. Either way, message me first. I'd far rather talk it through than have you post anything.
If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's on me: repair, replacement or refund, and I cover the postage. If the hardware fails within twelve months I repair or replace it and cover the postage. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.

The Monkey Blue Adjustable Cord Collar is a preset paracord collar with BioThane® strap, created in collaboration with Life Like Charlie and inspired by Monkey, his rescued Podenco.
Paracord body with BioThane® adjustable strap: bold colour, precise fit, easy to clean. Solid brass hardware. Made to order in Britain. Finished with Green Dog's signature bone tassel, attached to the collar, which can stay there or move onto a keyring. Extra bone tassels and charms can be added if you want more than one.
20% of profit from every sale goes directly to Hope for Podencos, the charity Charlie chose because of his own dogs. They rescue and rehome Podencos from Spain and Portugal.
