How I work
- Hardware is guaranteed for twelve months. If a buckle, clip or ring fails in that time, send it back and I’ll repair or replace it, and I cover the postage.
- After that, send it back anyway, however old it is. I’ll replace the worn parts at cost and tell you what it needs before I touch it. It comes back cleaned, checked and boxed.
- If it isn’t adjustable, I check your measurements with you before I make it.
- Message the shop and it’s me, Ed, who replies. Usually within a few hours.
- Custom pieces aren’t refundable for a change of mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours.

Sizing & measuring+
Every piece is made to your dog's exact measurements. Use the Measuring Guide to get it right first time.
If the size isn't right, message me. Size exchanges and amendments are available. If I got it wrong I cover the postage both ways; if the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage each way is yours.
Hardware & construction+
Every snap, D-ring and slider is load-tested by the fitting's manufacturer. Solid brass and solid nickel develop a patina and polish back. Plated and zinc die cast finishes must never be polished, because that takes the finish off.
Send it back to me. If the hardware fails in the first twelve months I'll repair or replace it, with parts and return postage covered. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.

Returns & exchanges+
Made to your measurements. Because I cut this to the size you give me, it isn't covered by the usual 14-day change-of-mind right: I can't resell it, so I can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. If anything arrives faulty, damaged, mis-made or not as described, that's on me: repair, replacement or refund, and I cover the postage both ways. Either way, message me.
