Every material is chosen for durability, comfort and appearance. All hardware is load-tested by the suppliers I buy it from. Each piece is finished by hand in my Oxford studio.

Made to order pieces: please allow 2–6 working days before dispatch. Batch-made collection pieces: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

UK delivery 1–3 working days via tracked service. International shipping available.

Spot clean with mild soap and cool water. Air dry naturally away from direct heat. Brass fittings develop a natural patina over time — polish occasionally if you prefer them bright. Nickel, black and gun-metal finishes need nothing but a wipe — don't polish them, as the finish is plated.

Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — unused and in original condition. I refund what you paid for the piece and the standard delivery I charged; sending it back is at your cost.

If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's on me — I'll repair, replace or refund it, and I cover the postage both ways.

If something isn't right, message me — I'd far rather talk it through than have you post anything.

If the hardware fails within twelve months I repair or replace it free. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.
