If your custom order doesn't fit, I'll remake it. Size exchanges included on all custom orders.

Every snap, D-ring and slider is load-tested by its manufacturer. Brass develops a patina over time — a feature, not a fault.

Send it back to me. If the hardware fails in the first twelve months I'll repair or replace it free. After that, send it back any time and I'll replace worn parts at cost plus postage.

Your order enters the making queue immediately. Current lead time is 2–6 working days before dispatch.

The Perfect Fit Guarantee comes first: if it doesn't fit, tell me and I'll put it right at no cost to you, with no time limit. Because the piece is made to your specification, the 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply, so I can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind.
