How I work
- Hardware is guaranteed for twelve months. If a buckle, clip or ring fails in that time, send it back and I’ll repair or replace it, and I cover the postage.
- After that, send it back anyway, however old it is. I’ll replace the worn parts at cost and tell you what it needs before I touch it. It comes back cleaned, checked and boxed.
- If it isn’t adjustable, I check your measurements with you before I make it.
- Message the shop and it’s me, Ed, who replies. Usually within a few hours.
- Custom pieces aren’t refundable for a change of mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours.

Made to your measurements. Because I cut this to the size you give me, it isn't covered by the usual 14-day change-of-mind right: I can't resell it, so I can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. If anything arrives faulty, damaged, mis-made or not as described, that's on me: repair, replacement or refund, and I cover the postage both ways. Either way, message me. Additional Bone Tassels | Handmade Paracord Collar Accessory
Every paracord collar comes with the signature bone tassel already attached. This listing is for extras, in whatever colours you like.
Pick a first cord colour, and a second if you want two running through the knot. Every colour costs the same, and if you order more than one tassel they all come in the colours you picked.
Each one is knotted by hand in Britain in 550lb Type III paracord, the same cord used on the paracord collars, so a tassel can be matched to a collar exactly. It can stay on the collar or move onto a keyring.
