How I work

Hardware is guaranteed for twelve months. If a buckle, clip or ring fails in that time, send it back and I’ll repair or replace it, and I cover the postage.
After that, send it back anyway, however old it is. I’ll replace the worn parts at cost and tell you what it needs before I touch it. It comes back cleaned, checked and boxed.
If it isn’t adjustable, I check your measurements with you before I make it.
Message the shop and it’s me, Ed, who replies. Usually within a few hours.
Custom pieces aren’t refundable for a change of mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours.

Sizing & measuring+

Standard size, suits all paracord and Cotton Mill woven collars. If you have a specific size or colourway in mind, add a note to your order and I will match as closely as possible.

Hardware & construction+

Materials: Knotted by hand in Britain, in cord matched to the collar it is going on. On a Cotton Mill collar that is the cotton cord used in the collar itself, milled and dyed in Yorkshire and laid into rope in North Yorkshire.

Fits: Paracord collars, which can take more than one, and Cotton Mill woven collars, which take one. The Sheep Shed wool collars do not carry a bone tassel.

Attachment: Loops onto the D-ring of your existing collar. No tools needed.

Care & durability+

Spot clean with a damp cloth. Air dry naturally. Avoid machine washing.

Made to your measurements. Because I cut this to the size you give me, it isn't covered by the usual 14-day change-of-mind right: I can't resell it, so I can't take it back simply because you've changed your mind. If it does not fit when it arrives, tell me and I will adjust or remake it. If I got the size wrong, I cover the postage both ways. If the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours. If anything arrives faulty, damaged, mis-made or not as described, that's on me: repair, replacement or refund, and I cover the postage both ways. Either way, message me. Additional Bone Tassels | Handmade Dog Collar Accessory

Every paracord collar comes with the signature bone tassel already attached. If you would like more than one on a paracord collar, this is the listing for that. Choose one, two or three.

Each one is knotted by hand in Britain. A tassel can stay on the collar or move onto a keyring, whichever suits you.

Cotton Mill collars come with the signature bone tassel too, but one only. There is no option to add more to a cotton collar. If yours is worn or lost, order a single tassel here as a replacement and I will match it.

If you need to match a specific colourway, mention it in your order notes and I will do my best to pair it correctly.

Buckles plated over steel in nickel, gold, black or gun-metal. Clips in solid brass, nickel-plated brass, or zinc die cast in black or gun-metal. D-rings and O-rings in solid brass, solid nickel, or steel plated black or gun-metal. All load-tested by their manufacturers, covered by the twelve-month hardware guarantee.

Your dog's size

Exact neck measurement, not a generic S/M/L. Sized to your dog, so read the measuring guide before you order. Size exchanges and amendments available: if I got it wrong I cover the postage, and if the measurement turned out not to suit your dog, the postage is yours.
