Mobile Terms of Service

Introduction
The Green Dog mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Green Dog (“Green Dog,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Consent to Receive SMS/Text Messages
By opting into Green Dog’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Green Dog to the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. These messages may include promotions, specials, cart reminders, and other marketing offers.

Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary. You understand that consenting to receive SMS messages is not a requirement for making purchases with Green Dog.

2. Charges and Fees
Green Dog does not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including fees from your wireless provider.

3. Opting Out
You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting the single keyword command STOP to GreenDog or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any text message (where available). You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Green Dog mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you must opt out separately from each program by following the instructions provided in their respective terms.

4. Support and Assistance
For Service support or assistance, text HELP to GreenDog or email us at hello@greendog.pet.

5. Changes to Contact Information
We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time. If this occurs, we will notify you of the change. Please note that any messages you send to a previously used short code or number may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

6. Carrier Responsibility
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number and to sign up again if you change your mobile number.

7. Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Green Dog is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, or any actions taken or not taken in reliance on the information provided through the Service.
